Cyber System is a leading US based Business Process Outsourcing Company which provides solutions to practice management, Recruitment, IT consulting and Customer Services to our international clients. We have our own onshore office in US with strong and loyal clientele. In order to fulfil the business requirements for one of our US clients we need Call Center Executives with excellent communication and experience in any international call center inbound and outbound both.

Candidates must be energetic, self-motivated, self-driven and have some basic computer skills.
Suitable Profile for This Position:
- Must have experience in handling international clients via telephone.
- Must be available to work in evening & night shifts.
- Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
- Provide quality customer service through phone calls.
- Experience in international call center would be preferred
Requirements and Qualifications
- Intermediate/ A-Level or Higher.
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in a customer support role.
- High performer with a track record of over-achievement.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills including active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Neutral or non-inflicted American accent
