This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive in Lahore. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing online support, customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound video calls with greetings.
  • Scheduling patient’s appointments.
  • Eligibility Verification.
  • Appointment Reminders.
  • Pre-Authorization & Follow ups.
  • Maintaining customer relationships

Requirements:

  • Fluent English (Oral and Verbal)
  • Excellent Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)
  • Computer Literacy (MS OFFICE)
  • Online Support Skills
  • Patience, Empathy, and Listening Skills
  • Ability to Multitask and Work Under Pressure

Working:

  • Monday to Saturday
  • 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM
  • On-site
