Quality Assurance Assistant

Cyber System is looking for a Quality Assurance Assistant, candidates with relevant experience with excellent communication are encouraged to apply. QA will ensure technical accuracy, customer service performance, and conformity to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Participate in the monitoring of call and quality standards.
Use a quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual levels.
Perform monitors of customer care email responses.
Provide actionable data to various internal support groups as needed.
Provide feedback to call center team leaders and managers.
Prepare and analyze internal and external quality reports for management staff review.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Evaluating the given number of calls.
Sessions with agents to improve the quality of calls.
Extracting and analyzing the data.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Must have Bachelor Degree or equivalent

Experience: 01 to 03 Years of International Calling

Skills:

Strong Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook skills
Ability to multitask in fast pace environment
Excellent English Communication Skills.
Excellent knowledge of coding, billing cycle and insurance guidelines
