Position: US Healthcare Staffing Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new healthcare clients for nurses recruitment within the US market.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare organizations.
  • Customize healthcare staffing solutions to meet the specific needs of clients.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to ensure successful candidate placements.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor\'s degree.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience within the US healthcare staffing industry.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
  • On-site
