Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Recruitment:
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry events, to identify potential candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications to ensure they meet the requirements for international call center positions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Work closely with call center managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on market trends, candidate availability, and industry best practices.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate effectively with candidates, keeping them informed about the status of their application and addressing any concerns.
Recruitment:
- Manage recruitment efforts for call center positions across different geographic locations, considering cultural and language requirements.
Employer Branding:
- Contribute to the development of an attractive employer brand, promoting the organization as an employer of choice in the international call center industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies, to enhance the talent pool.
Data and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, including candidate pipelines, interview feedback, and hiring metrics.
- Provide regular reports and analysis on recruitment activities and performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, specifically within the international call center industry.
- Familiarity with call center operations, including understanding the skills and attributes required for success in customer service roles.
- Strong knowledge of international recruitment practices, regulations, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
