Cybersecurity & Full Stack Web Developer (WordPress, Laravel, React & CRM)

This role is for an experienced Cybersecurity and Full Stack Web Developer based strictly onsite in Peshawar. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of professional experience and strong expertise in website security, Linux server management via SSH, CRM systems, WordPress, Laravel, and React. The position involves managing over 20 websites, including large-scale WordPress sites with thousands of pages, custom applications, and CRM platforms. The successful candidate must be capable of independently handling technical challenges, identifying security vulnerabilities, managing hosting infrastructure, and working confidently with modern development frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Cybersecurity & Website Protection: Investigate and resolve hacked websites, malware infections, and security breaches. Identify vulnerabilities, backdoors, malicious scripts, and unauthorized access. Implement preventive security measures and conduct regular audits and vulnerability assessments. Configure and maintain firewalls, Cloudflare, SSL certificates, and other security tools. Monitor server logs and suspicious activities, securing databases, APIs, authentication systems, and web applications.

Linux Server & SSH Management: Manage Linux servers confidently using SSH and command-line tools. Handle server configurations, permissions, processes, services, and scheduled tasks. Troubleshoot server errors, performance issues, and security incidents. Oversee hosting environments including cPanel, WHM, VPS, and dedicated servers. Configure backups, server updates, access controls, and apply server hardening and secure SSH practices. Work with web server technologies such as Apache and Nginx.

CRM Management & Development: Maintain and troubleshoot existing CRM systems, understanding their architecture, databases, APIs, and third-party integrations. Resolve CRM functionality, security, and performance issues. Develop and modify CRM features based on business needs, ensuring secure data handling, user roles, and access permissions. Work primarily with custom-built PHP and Laravel-based CRM platforms.

Full Stack Development (Laravel & React): Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Laravel-based applications. Utilize React.js for frontend development and integration. Build and maintain REST APIs and backend integrations. Debug existing code and resolve application-level issues. Work proficiently with PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL. Optimize application performance, security, and scalability. Use Git-based version control and deployment workflows effectively.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of three years of professional experience in cybersecurity, web development, server administration, or related technical roles. Strong practical knowledge of cybersecurity principles and website security. Advanced working knowledge of Linux and SSH. Hands-on experience with Laravel, React.js, PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript. Experience managing and maintaining CRM systems. Solid understanding of WordPress architecture and security. Experience managing hosting servers, VPS, cPanel, or WHM. Ability to investigate server logs, security incidents, and application vulnerabilities. Knowledge of API security, authentication, database security, and access management. Strong independent troubleshooting skills. Good communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Experience

Experience managing multiple production websites and applications. Proven track record in recovering compromised websites and servers. Familiarity with custom CRM development or integrations. Knowledge of Cloudflare, WAF, Fail2ban, and other security monitoring tools. Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and secure deployment processes. Understanding of OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities and secure coding practices. Relevant cybersecurity or Linux administration certifications.

This position requires a hands-on technical professional who does not rely solely on WordPress security plugins or hosting support. The candidate must be capable of independently investigating issues, working directly with servers through SSH, understanding existing codebases, and applying long-term fixes.
