We are seeking motivated Customer Premises Associates to join our team in Taxila. This role involves installing and troubleshooting internet services directly at customer locations. The ideal candidates will be fresh diploma holders eager to work in the field, providing high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary ranging from PKR 40,000 to PKR 70,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure internet connections at customer premises.
- Troubleshoot internet, modem, and connectivity issues efficiently.
- Conduct maintenance and service visits as required.
- Ensure quality installations while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Prepare detailed installation and service reports for documentation.

Required Qualifications
- A 3-year Diploma (DAE) in IT, Electronics, Electrical, or Telecom. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Ownership of a motorcycle with a valid driving license is mandatory for fieldwork.
- Good communication skills and the ability to handle customers professionally.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel to customer locations.
- Basic knowledge of networking and internet troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with fiber optics and telecom equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills combined with a customer service mindset.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in splicing or as a splicer will be preferred.
- Having a diploma or certification in splicing is an advantage.
- The position requires working in person at the Taxila location, providing hands-on technical support.
