This role focuses on last-mile connectivity solutions, working directly at customer locations to ensure seamless broadband and internet service installation and maintenance. Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, configuration, and activation of broadband and internet equipment at customer premises.
- On-site troubleshooting of connectivity and network-related issues to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Ensuring service quality by addressing and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Educating customers on the proper use and basic maintenance of installed services.
- Maintaining accurate service reports and daily records of field activities.
- Coordinating with technical support teams for escalations when necessary to resolve complex issues.

Required Qualifications:
- DAE or Technical Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Telecom, or Networking disciplines.
- Basic understanding of fiber optics, broadband technology, routers, modems, and LAN/WAN networking concepts.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle customers professionally.
- Willingness to perform field visits across Lahore.
