DAE - Electrical - (Fresh)

The Customer Premises Associate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and troubleshooting device-related issues directly at customer locations. This role involves diagnosing faults, ensuring proper functionality of devices, and assisting customers with any technical concerns they may have. The position offers a monthly salary starting from Rs. 40,000 and is based in Hyderabad, Sindh. The work is conducted in person, requiring hands-on interaction with customers and their equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve device-related faults at customer premises.
- Provide on-site technical support to address and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Diagnose technical problems to ensure devices operate correctly and reliably.
- Assist customers by answering device-related queries and addressing technical concerns promptly.

Required Qualifications:
- Completed Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical or a related field.
