We are seeking a technically skilled field professional to join our expanding telecommunications team in Wah Cantt. This role focuses on providing last-mile connectivity solutions directly at customer locations, ensuring high-quality broadband service installation and support. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent customer service skills, and a willingness to conduct field visits. This is a full-time position offering a competitive basic salary along with performance-based commissions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and activate broadband and internet equipment at customer premises.
- Troubleshoot connectivity and network-related issues on-site to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Maintain service quality by promptly addressing and resolving customer complaints.
- Educate customers on proper usage and basic maintenance of installed services to enhance user experience.
- Keep accurate records of service reports and daily field activities.
- Collaborate with technical support teams for escalations when necessary to ensure timely problem resolution.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) or Technical Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Telecom, or Networking fields.
- Basic understanding of fiber optics, broadband technologies, routers, modems, and LAN/WAN networking concepts.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle customers professionally and effectively.
- Willingness to perform field visits across Lahore and surrounding areas.
- Fresh graduates with relevant technical education are encouraged to apply.
