Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 15 sanitation workers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective performance.
Develop, implement, and monitor sanitation and cleaning procedures according to company standards and regulatory requirements.
Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all sanitation staff.
Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards across all operational areas.
Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to sanitation activities and compliance.
Coordinate with management to address sanitation challenges and plan for resource allocation and scheduling.
Monitor regulatory changes and update procedures to maintain compliance with legal and environmental standards.
Train team members in proper use of cleaning agents, equipment, and safety protocols to enhance operational efficiency.
Investigate and resolve sanitation-related issues promptly to prevent potential health risks.
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate integrated waste management and sanitation efforts.
