Boiler Engineer

Dalda Foods is seeking a skilled Boiler Engineer to join our team dedicated to ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our steam generation plant. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of steam boilers and will have extensive knowledge of industrial boiler operations and maintenance, along with hands-on experience with furnace oil operations. This role requires an individual who can effectively support the shift process engineer in meeting production goals while also managing a team of five maintenance personnel. The Boiler Engineer will play a crucial role in overseeing preventive maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with annual maintenance plans, and optimizing utility consumption across the facility.

Responsibilities

Supervise the daily operations of steam boilers to ensure efficient performance and adherence to safety standards.
Assist the shift process engineer in executing production and operational plans, providing necessary support to meet team objectives.
Initiate and oversee all emergency repairs and preventive maintenance activities for boiler utilities, ensuring timely execution.
Generate and maintain technical completion documents in SAP PM Module following the execution of work orders and maintenance activities.
Ensure the proper functioning of all auxiliary systems related to steam generation, including raw water facilities, water wells, reverse osmosis (RO) plants, and water softening plants.
Develop and implement annual maintenance plans for utilities to ensure reliable and efficient operations throughout the year.
Create monthly reports that track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to utilities operation and report them to management.
Develop and initiate procedures aimed at optimizing utility consumption without compromising operational efficiency.
Lead a team of five maintenance personnel by providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high operational standards.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of furnace oil treatment system design and operation, contributing to technical improvement processes.

Education: BE/B-TECH/DAE Mechanical / Chemical / Industrial Manufacturing.
