The Role of Digital Performance Marketing Manager:

The role of our Performance Marketing Manager is to drive the creation of digital marketing assets, and the deployment of creative digital marketing campaigns, through a proactive, data-driven approach. This is a unique and a critical role. This position will work closely with the Senior Director of Media, Marketing Strategists, PR, agency partners, media campaign managers, creative, and analytics partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Support overall planning, creation, implementation, coordination with Sales and tracking success of digital campaign promotions
  • Proactively monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance
  • Launch paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms in order to drive new user acquisition growth, increase customer retention and revenue
  • Develop ideas for customized campaigns based on target segmentation
  • Ensure that all campaign tracking is implemented correctly and efficiently
  • Test ads across devices to ensure best branding and user experience
  • Test ad messaging across segments and report on engagement
  • Conduct A/B testing around messaging, landing pages, and offers and report on results
  • Communicate potential issues in advance of campaign launch dates and to problem solve in order to ensure all deadlines are met
  • Generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, lead goal tracking, revenue tracking, and other initiatives
  • Participate in broader marketing meetings and strategy sessions
  • Continuously develop knowledge of digital best practices
  • Maintain knowledge of the social landscape and upcoming digital trends
