Responsibilities:
- To update sales budget, forecasts, targets and achievements of project(s) based in Bahawalpur in an organized and coherent manner in line with the department and business standards.
- Plan and manage meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists.
- To develop and maintain a system of managing sales database of sales closers, Agency partners and prospects and to act as a department liaison in the management of relationship database
- To develop and maintain an organized and efficient system for managing administration paperwork including records, reports, budgets, targets, traces, follow up and other documentation so that they can be found quickly and easily.
- To exercise due care and professionalism in handling telephonic queries, and to provide a positive first impression of the company's business in the form of adopting a customer-friendly tone and hospitality. To develop and maintain a system of managing the sales database of Sales Closers.
- Conduct research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
- Continually seek and research new sources of prospective customer data, and provide recommendations to sales and marketing teams.
- Coordination with the Marketing team at HO for site branding and vendor coordination.
