Dar-e-Arqam Schools Head Office is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Monitoring Officer to enhance the operational effectiveness of its school branches across Lahore. This role involves visiting multiple branches frequently to collect and verify academic, administrative, and operational data. 


Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular visits to assigned school branches to perform monitoring activities and gather operational and academic data.
  • Collect, verify, and analyze data related to academic performance, administrative processes, and overall branch operations.
  • Prepare clear, accurate, and detailed monitoring reports that showcase findings, observations, and actionable recommendations.
  • Identify and highlight issues, challenges, and areas for improvement based on site visits and data analysis.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with branch staff during visits to facilitate smooth data collection and problem resolution.
  • Ensure timely submission of monitoring reports to the Monitoring Manager to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Maintain accurate records of monitoring activities, visits, and data collected to support transparency and accountability.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and other Office tools to compile, analyze, and present data clearly and efficiently.
  • Apply critical thinking and observation skills to assess branch operations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Support the implementation of corrective actions and follow-up measures recommended based on monitoring results.
  • Stay informed about school policies and regulations to ensure monitoring activities align with organizational standards.
  • Adapt to travel schedules within Lahore and manage time effectively to cover all assigned branches promptly.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of monitoring tools and processes by providing feedback and suggestions.
