- Develop and implement acquisition strategies for future contracts.
- Ensure that contract strategies, tenders, contracts and variations are in full compliance with Policies and Procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Contracts Procedures and support Project Execution Procedures.
- Be the point of contact and manage the clients effectively in line with the contracts.
- Review clients' invoices and prepare Progress Payment Certificates with Cost Control, costs, forecasts and requests for extras.
- Performing system designs, preparing specifications, presentations and documentations.
- Prepare responses to queries raised by the client, and develop & manage a system for expediting responses.
- Comprehensive administration of the contract of the project, ensuring the parties properly fulfill their obligations and responsibilities in a fully auditable manner.
- Responsible for internal reporting of all commercial and contractual issues.
- Ensure that the project has clear deliverables through handover meetings with the process team (estimating, design, commercial, procurement, plant and operations) and ensure monitoring/compliance through the use of KPI’s.
