HRSI is currently seeking dedicated and responsible individuals to join the Daraz Delivery Team in Lahore as Bike Riders. This role offers a stable earning opportunity with a fixed monthly salary, attendance bonuses, and attractive per-parcel commissions. The position is based at Attari Saroba Station, Ferozepur Road, Lahore, and involves delivering parcels across the city. Candidates who are hardworking and motivated to maximize their daily deliveries can earn a competitive income with additional benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently deliver parcels to customers within assigned routes and timeframes.
- Maintain punctuality and adhere to attendance requirements to qualify for bonuses.
- Handle parcels with care to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- Communicate effectively with the team and report any delivery issues promptly.
- Follow traffic rules and company policies to ensure safety on the road.
- Manage daily delivery targets to maximize commission earnings.

Required Qualifications:
- Valid motorcycle driving license with a good riding record.
- Basic knowledge of Lahore’s geography and delivery routes.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physically fit to handle daily delivery tasks and long hours on the road.
- Responsible, punctual, and reliable work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Previous experience in delivery or logistics is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Basic smartphone skills for communication and tracking deliveries.

Salary and Compensation:
- Basic Salary: Rs. 22,000 per month
- Attendance Bonus: Rs. 9,000 per month
- Delivery Commission: Rs. 12 to Rs. 26 per parcel, based on daily delivery volume
- Potential monthly earnings can exceed Rs. 60,000 depending on performance

Daily Commission Structure:
- 0 to 39 deliveries: Rs. 12 per parcel
- 40 to 49 deliveries: Rs. 16 per parcel
- 50 to 59 deliveries: Rs. 20 per parcel
- 60 to 69 deliveries: Rs. 24 per parcel
- 70+ deliveries: Rs. 26 per parcel
