Key Responsibilities:
- Develop value-driven reports, analyses, and dashboards to support informed business decision-making.
- Process and analyze large volumes of complex data using SQL to extract meaningful insights.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements and project plans.
- Act as a primary liaison between diverse business stakeholders, demonstrating strong relationship management skills.
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes and strategies in a rapidly growing e-commerce setting.
- Recognize and address development needs to improve and streamline business operations.
- Collaborate within a small, agile team focused on creativity and innovation in a data-centric environment.
- Take full ownership of individual projects and analyses aimed at delivering significant business value.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
- Basic knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, statistics, and probability.
