Daraz PK-Onboarding Officer-Seller Signup & Growth Support

We are seeking a detail-oriented Onboarding Officer to oversee the entire seller onboarding process, including signup, verification, approval, and activation. This role plays a crucial part in supporting newly verified sellers during their initial incubation period by offering guidance, training, and ongoing support to help them engage effectively and grow on the platform. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth onboarding experience while driving seller activation and participation in alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify seller signup applications, ensuring timely account approval and activation.
- Manage seller profile modifications and resolve onboarding-related issues according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Provide guidance and training to newly approved sellers on onboarding requirements, platform tools, and growth opportunities.
- Support verified sellers throughout their incubation period to enhance activation rates, participation, and overall growth metrics.
- Monitor seller progress closely and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex cases or challenges that may hinder seller growth.
- Consistently meet productivity, quality, and performance targets while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to work effectively with data.
- Basic proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Prior experience in e-commerce, operations, customer support, seller onboarding, or seller growth is highly desirable.
