Daraz PK-Outbound Team Lead-Logistics

We are seeking a dedicated Outbound Team Lead to join our Daraz Mart Warehouse located in Raiwind. This role involves managing daily outbound operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will lead a team responsible for order picking, packing, sorting, quality checks, staging, and final loading of shipments. This position requires strong leadership skills, operational oversight, and the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple departments to maintain smooth warehouse functions.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Oversight: Manage and supervise all outbound warehouse activities, including order picking, packing, sorting, quality assurance, staging, and loading of shipments. Ensure that all processes meet company standards for accuracy and efficiency.

Team Management: Assign daily tasks to team members, manage break schedules, monitor labor allocation, and adjust staffing levels based on real-time order volumes to maintain productivity.

Performance & Coaching: Lead training sessions for new hires, conduct daily team briefings, provide continuous feedback on performance metrics such as speed and accuracy, and address initial performance issues promptly.

Quality & Error Resolution: Investigate and resolve shipping errors, missing inventory, or damaged goods. Serve as the primary escalation point for any floor-level exceptions or operational challenges.

Safety & Compliance: Enforce adherence to warehouse safety protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and equipment checklists, including those for pallet jacks and forklifts, to maintain a safe working environment.

Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate closely with Inbound, Inventory Control, Transportation, and Customer Service teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks, ensuring seamless warehouse operations.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of practical experience in a warehouse, e-commerce, or distribution center setting, with prior supervisory or team lead responsibilities.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and extended hours during peak or high-volume periods.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and familiarity with scanning equipment.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for tracking performance metrics and reporting.
