Daraz is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate / Operations Executive with a minimum of five years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of our warehouse, managing all processes from order fulfillment to inventory control. You will oversee a committed team of 25 members, guiding them to meet operational targets while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy. Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and dispatch.
Lead and manage a team of 25 warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Implement and maintain effective warehouse management systems to ensure data accuracy and real-time tracking.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards to provide a safe working environment for all employees.
Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce stock discrepancies.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, inventory turnover, and on-time shipments.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, staffing, and operational issues for management review.
Manage the scheduling and allocation of resources to meet daily and seasonal workload demands.
Resolve operational problems promptly to minimize disruption and improve workflow.
Maintain accurate records of receipts, shipments, and inventory adjustments.
Train new employees and develop ongoing training programs for existing team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer service objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure operational compliance and readiness.
