Summary: This position is to grow the company’s services within a defined geographic area, ensuring consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, identifying objectives, strategies, and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings through powerful marketing strategies and strong operational management

Responsibilities:

  • Creating promotional information to drive business and generating leads.

  • An understanding of digital advertising platform

  • Putting together estimates and budgets for marketing campaigns, submitting them for approval to higher management

  • Coordinating multiple channels of marketing strategies. Working with advertising agencies, being involved in negotiations, preparing sales and advertising contracts.

  • Manages operations, highlights promotional budget, revenues and meets company objectives.

  • Establishes and manages effective promotional programs to attract potential customers. Understanding and promoting company programs through promotions.

  • Content management

  • Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.

  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company. 

  • Performs market research activities on major accounts and discusses strategies on pricing and discounts for long-term growth.

  • Manage and develop new policies for the operation team to enhance sales with quality work.

  • Hold regular meetings with Higher Management.

  • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.

  • Collaborates with potential customers and attract business with marketing  strategies

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements:

  • A university degree in marketing or business is preferred, or a minimum of 5 years or related experience or training in sales for maintenance repair and service industry; or the equivalent combination of formal education and experience. 
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information. 
  • Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team. Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies. 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.  

Language Skills - Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals as well as the ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Reasoning Ability - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
