- Responsible for all human resource activities that includes employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, and training and development.
- Screening job applicants; review application/resume; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding hiring.
- Designing and placing Job ads on web portals, newspapers etc.
- Prepare and maintain company salary structure (Payroll).
- Design and conduct new employee orientations.
- Administer and explain benefits to employees.

- Documentation and record management of benefits plans such as medical claims, EOBI pension claim and life insurance.
- Documentation / preparation and record management of monthly mobile bills and OPD./hospitalization medical claims of employees.
- Dealing EOBI, PESSI matters
- Dealing day to day employee relations/issues.
- Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.
- Recommend, develop and maintain human resource databases and computer software systems.
