Operation Executive

Dart Global Logistics is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Operation Executive to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics and supply chain operations. This role is ideal for individuals with at least two years of relevant experience who are eager to contribute toward the flawless execution of operations without managing a team. The Operation Executive will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of logistics services, supporting the overall organizational goals. The successful candidate is responsible for handling day-to-day operational tasks while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance. This position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The Operation Executive will play a critical role in monitoring operational performance, identifying areas for improvement, and assisting in the implementation of efficient processes that align with industry best practices and company policies.
Responsibilities

Coordinate daily logistics and supply chain operations to ensure efficient movement of goods and materials.
Monitor and track shipments and inventory to provide accurate and timely updates to internal teams and clients.
Assist in processing order requests and documentation while maintaining compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Communicate effectively with suppliers, carriers, and customers to address and resolve operational issues promptly.
Analyze operational workflows and participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Prepare reports on key performance indicators and operational metrics for management review.
Support ad hoc projects and assignments related to operational enhancements and logistics planning.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies within all operations.
Maintain accurate records and documentation to support audits and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, procurement, and customer service to ensure seamless coordination.
