The objective of School Co-ordinator:
- The Campus Academic Coordinator is mainly responsible for the Academic matters of the campus.
- She has to ensure that the activities and events are managed as per the Academic Calendar, Syllabus, and Planning.
- The campus Academic Co-ordinator, however, may substitute in the absence of the Principal and has to be well-versed with the functioning of the campus.
Campus Academic Coordinator is responsible for the following:
- To bring excellence in Academics and Madani Terbiyat of the students.
- To ensure that students have adequate learning and Montessori material.
- To ensure that teachers are managing the classrooms in the best possible manner.
- Co-ordinate with Principal to organize Dua-e-Madinah and other events in a lively and befitting way.
- To help the Principal in preparing and adjusting the timetable.
- To study the syllabus and plan of all the subjects.
- To facilitate the teachers in planning and implementation of subject-wise planning.
- To guide and assist the teachers regarding syllabus coverage and to prepare weekly syllabus coverage proforma.
- To check Teachers' Daily Diary to ensure implementation of planning.
- To review the book, material, or any content sent by Majlis with teachers and to provide timely feedback.
- To re-check the teachers checked work daily and at least 8-10 diaries daily, in order to ensure the quantity and quality of checking. Also to re-check a complete pile of any subject for at least one section every Saturday and, further to provide re-checking proforma to the Principal to issue to the teachers.
- To observe any teacher’s classroom teaching for a whole unit daily.
- To guide and suggest ways to the teachers for improving teaching styles and methodology.
- To facilitate the teachers and Principal in papermaking and timely submission of papers.
- To take rounds of the school to ensure the organized working of the teachers and students.
- To teach the students especially in teachers' absence.
- To ensure timely preparation of results with teachers and assist the Principal in Result Finalization.
- To help and train the teachers in consultation with the Principal and Majlis.
- To help the staff and Principal in organizing PTM in a befitting manner.
- To meet the parents as per the given timings to facilitate and solve their Academic issues.
- To headhunt the new and suitable teachers in coordination with the Principal and Majlis.
- To encourage and motivate the staff and students to bring better results.
- To perform all the incidental/indirect duties too, as and when required.
