•  Manage the auditor team, allocate responsibilities and review the team's performance.
  • Optimizing the audit process to increase compliance and efficiency.
  • Review the auditing reports and give team guidelines.
  • Plan and oversee the auditing process.
  • Allocate responsibilities to junior and staff auditors.
  • Plan engagement objectives to ensure compliance with professional standards and appropriately address risk.
  • Present audit findings and find ways to better them.
  • To review the operational software process and controls and give suggestions for betterment.
  • Meeting with management and stakeholders to discuss findings and audit outcomes.
  • Conduct timely performance reviews and provide performance feedback/training.
  • Submitting audits and reports in a timely manner for further analysis by management.
  • Assigning roles to various members of the auditing team.
  • To travel & stay in different cities as per work requirement.
  • Any other work assigned by management.

Job Specification

  • CA part Qualified / ACCA Qualified articles completed
  • Big 04 Audit firm experience will be preferred along with at least 01-year of industry experience in the internal audit department
