Trainee Auditor for Standards on Halaal Food (PS 3733:2019)
Conduct of Remote audit on retail of YUM Standards (Pizza Hut, KFC) & other retail chains i.e. Domino’s, Hardees, Dunk n Donuts, Bask n Robbins
Perform audits against numerous international standards such as International Featured Standard (IFS), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) and ISO 22000 while delivering on time arrival of audit report.
Technical guidance to trainee auditors regarding food safety standards and their technical aspects.
Preparation and subsequent submission of Audit Report on the prescribed format against any Audit conducted.
To participate actively in shadow & remote audits under retail auditor development
Preparing the relevant standard audit reports
On demand, Client Meetings if required
