We are looking to hire an in-house (not remote) social media strategist/manager with proven graphic design experience. Candidate must possess following qualities:
- Be responsible for all day-to-day management of the brand’s social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube) including scheduling and posting content.
- Familiar with social media scheduling software such as Facebook Scheduler and buffer etc.
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Excellent communication skills
- Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers.
- Oversee design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, Blog, etc.).
- Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.
- Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation. Monitor online reviews and respond to each review.
- Highly Organized and high attention to detail
- Should be able to follow management directions
- Any prior content writing experience would be great
- Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.
Skills Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- 1+ years’ experience in social media management
- Exceptional multi-tasking skills
- Command on English is a must
- Graphic design experience
- Knowledge of Facebook’s advertising platform
