Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation through Solution Development:
Support the Go-To-Market strategy by contributing to the development of solutions and proof of concepts aligned with key offerings, enabling solution-led sales. Collaborate with academic institutions and colleges to engage in research initiatives and provide data science courses, fostering innovation and knowledge sharing.

Revenue Generation through Building and Operationalizing Machine Learning Solutions:
Design and develop machine learning and deep learning models aimed at decision augmentation and automation. Work closely with machine learning engineers, data engineers, and IT teams to evaluate and implement optimal deployment options for ML solutions, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

Team Management:
Assist in talent management by supporting onboarding processes and delivering training programs to enhance team capabilities and overall effectiveness. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning and skill development.

Performance Metrics:
- Demand Generation: Number of proof of concepts supported.
- Revenue Generation: Timeliness of delivery, customer success stories, and documented customer use cases.
- Capability Building and Team Management: Number of skills acquired within the team.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in data analysis and machine learning solution development.
- Strong understanding of machine learning and deep learning techniques, with hands-on experience in building models for automation and decision support.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including ML engineers, data engineers, and IT professionals.
- Experience in supporting go-to-market strategies through solution development and proof of concepts.
- Demonstrated skills in team management, including onboarding and training to improve team performance.
