Data Analyst (Entry to Mid Level)

Located in DHA Phase 1, Lahore, this full-time Junior Data Analyst position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to data-driven decision-making within a dynamic organization. The role operates from 3 PM to 12 AM and requires a minimum of one year of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on skills in SQL, Power BI, and Python, and will be responsible for analyzing datasets, generating actionable insights, and creating reports and dashboards that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to efficiently extract, filter, and manipulate data.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize key performance metrics.
- Utilize Python for data analysis, preprocessing, and automation of routine tasks, leveraging libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
- Identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies within datasets to inform strategic business decisions.
- Prepare regular reports and communicate key findings clearly to relevant teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver actionable insights that enhance organizational performance.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- At least one year of professional experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Python programming.
- Familiarity with Python libraries such as Pandas and NumPy is preferred.
- Solid understanding of data visualization techniques, data cleaning processes, and basic statistical concepts.
- Ability to interpret complex data and present findings in a clear and understandable manner.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
