As a Data Analyst II within the Post Sales Organization, you will collaborate closely with Customer Support and Product teams to provide high-quality reporting and analytics. Your role will focus on developing scalable dashboards and enabling data-driven decision-making, ensuring leadership has clear visibility into critical business KPIs. Success in this position requires strong technical skills in SQL, Salesforce analytics, and data visualization tools, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using HEX, Retool, and Salesforce native reporting tools.
- Write advanced SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from multiple systems.
- Partner with leaders in Customer Support, Product, Services, and Sales Engineering to translate business needs into actionable data insights.
- Ensure data consistency and accuracy across reporting platforms to provide reliable leadership visibility into KPIs.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and recommend process improvements.
- Support cross-functional initiatives by building scalable, automated reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with data engineering and business intelligence teams to align on data sources, definitions, and governance standards.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in data analytics and business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and data transformation.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboard development.
- Solid understanding of business KPIs related to Pre and Post Sales functions, including Support, Sales Engineering, Services, and Customer Onboarding.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience supporting Customer Support, Services, or Sales Engineering organizations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of presenting data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and automation.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information

- Expertise in HEX or Retool for dashboard development and storytelling is preferred.
