Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reports to monitor real-time business performance.
- Write intermediate to advanced SQL queries to analyze large datasets and uncover actionable trends.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) across verticals such as Grocery and Food.
- Analyze conversion funnels, pricing impacts, and reliability metrics to improve performance in Grocery and DineOut segments.
- Collaborate with category managers to identify operational bottlenecks and customer drop-offs, providing data-driven recommendations.
- Support the growth of Careem Plus by analyzing subscriber behavior, churn, retention, and engagement metrics.
- Assist in designing and evaluating campaigns aimed at increasing Careem Plus adoption across multiple verticals.
- Conduct A/B testing and promotional experiments to optimize discounts and feature launches, balancing customer value with business ROI.
- Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to address daily analytical questions and support strategic decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in analytics roles within technology companies, startups, or other data-driven environments.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, including window functions, joins, and complex data transformations.
- Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Google Sheets, or Power BI for dashboard creation and management.
- Analytical and structured mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to present insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Familiarity with Python, especially libraries like Pandas and NumPy, for data analysis or workflow automation is advantageous.
