We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the data team by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to generate meaningful business insights. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in reporting tools, and the ability to communicate data-driven recommendations clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Interpret data trends and patterns to provide actionable insights that support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and tailor reporting solutions accordingly.
- Maintain and update databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy at all times.
- Assist senior analysts in preparing reports, presentations, and performance metrics for various stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements through thorough data analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related role.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights clearly.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in data analysis for at least one year is preferred.
- This is a full-time, in-person position located in DHA Phase VIII, Karachi.
- Candidates should be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Karachi before starting work.
- The monthly salary range for this role is Rs60,000 to Rs70,000.
