We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the data team by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to deliver meaningful business insights. This position demands strong analytical abilities, proficiency in advanced reporting tools, and the capability to communicate data-driven recommendations clearly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations utilizing Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Interpret data trends and patterns to provide actionable insights that support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and reporting needs.
- Maintain and update databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy at all times.
- Assist senior analysts in preparing reports, presentations, and performance metrics for various stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements through thorough data analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI is essential.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail coupled with strong organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights clearly.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in data analysis for at least 1 year is preferred.
- The role is based in DHA Phase VIII, Karachi, and candidates who can reliably commute or are willing to relocate before starting work are preferred.
- This is a full-time, in-person position offering a competitive monthly salary range of Rs60,000 to Rs70,000.
