Data Analyst

We are looking for a mid-level Data Analyst with a solid finance background and practical experience in Power BI and SAP. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting financial reporting, data analysis, and business decision-making processes. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can develop insightful dashboards, extract and validate financial data, and collaborate effectively with various departments to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide clear and actionable insights.
- Extract, analyze, and validate financial data from SAP and other relevant sources to ensure data integrity.
- Perform comprehensive financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support management decisions.
- Utilize DAX, Power Query, and Excel to automate reporting processes and improve data accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor key financial performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver actionable insights to management teams.
- Collaborate closely with Finance and other departments to fulfill reporting requirements and support cross-functional initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven hands-on experience with Power BI, including proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and dashboard development.
- Working knowledge of SAP, preferably with exposure to SAP FI/CO modules.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting processes, and variance analysis techniques.
- Advanced skills in Excel; familiarity with SQL is considered an advantage.
