Data Analyst - Korangi

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team based in Korangi, Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing employee payroll, attendance records, and related data with precision and timeliness. This role demands strong numerical skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and the ability to work rotational shifts. The position offers a monthly salary of PKR 60,000 and is open to male candidates with at least an Intermediate level of education.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process employee payroll accurately and within established deadlines.
- Manage attendance records, including tracking overtime, leaves, and salary calculations.
- Maintain and update employee databases and payroll documentation regularly.
- Verify salary deductions, allowances, and resolve any discrepancies related to attendance.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports using MS Excel to support management decisions.
- Analyze attendance and payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level of Intermediate.
- At least one year of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related role involving payroll and attendance management.
- Proven expertise in payroll preparation and processing.
- Strong knowledge of attendance management systems and manual payroll processes.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and data handling techniques.
- Exceptional numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts as required.
