Key Responsibilities
Manage the technical scope of projects by gathering and interpreting data from diverse sources such as data warehouses, databases, and data integration platforms. Develop and enforce record management processes and policies while maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand and meet their requirements.
Provide clients with sales data, proposals, insights, and account reviews. Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency through automation and establish automated data processes. Evaluate and implement external tools and services to support data validation and cleansing.
Produce and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance. Analyze complex data sets by liaising with internal and external stakeholders to fully comprehend data content. Design and conduct surveys and analyze the results according to customer needs.
Prepare detailed reports for both internal and external audiences using business analytics and reporting tools. Create dashboards, graphs, and visualizations to showcase business performance, including sector and competitor benchmarking. Mine large datasets to extract meaningful insights, present findings effectively to management, and develop predictive models tailored to client requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in data engineering or related roles.
- Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Data Engineering.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business insights.
- Experience in developing automated data processes and implementing data validation and cleansing tools.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships and understand their business needs.
- Skilled in creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations using business analytics tools.
