Key Responsibilities

- Manage the technical scope of projects throughout all stages by gathering information from diverse sources such as data warehouses, databases, and data integration platforms. Interpret patterns and trends to provide actionable insights.
- Develop and enforce record management processes and policies to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across all client levels to understand and address their specific requirements effectively.
- Provide clients with sales data, proposals, data insights, and account reviews to support informed decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and automate processes, including setting up and maintaining automated data workflows.
- Evaluate and implement external tools and services to support data validation and cleansing activities.
- Produce and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance.
- Analyze complex data sets by liaising with internal and external stakeholders to fully understand data content and business context.
- Design and conduct surveys, analyze survey data, and prepare comprehensive reports tailored to customer needs.
- Create data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations to showcase business performance, including sector and competitor benchmarking.
- Mine and analyze large datasets, draw valid inferences, and present findings effectively to management using business analytics reporting tools.
- Develop predictive models and share insights with clients to support strategic business decisions.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience of 5 to 8 years in data engineering or related roles.
- Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Data Engineering.
- Demonstrated ability to manage technical project scopes and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Proficiency in data integration, modeling, validation, and automation.
- Experience in building dashboards, reports, and visualizations using business analytics tools.
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.
