Key Responsibilities
The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets from multiple business functions to generate actionable insights that support decision-making. This includes building and maintaining dashboards and reports to track performance metrics effectively. The analyst will identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within data to provide meaningful business intelligence. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to clarify analytical requirements, translate business questions into data-driven approaches, and communicate findings clearly and concisely. Required Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex datasets to extract valuable insights. A solid understanding of statistics is necessary to apply appropriate analytical methods, conduct hypothesis testing, and validate results accurately. Proficiency in data modeling is required to design, structure, and optimize data frameworks that support reporting and analysis. Effective communication skills are essential for presenting findings clearly, preparing comprehensive reports, and collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Candidates should be proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R, as well as business intelligence platforms like Power BI or Tableau. A bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field is preferred. Experience working with large datasets in a commercial or technology-driven environment, particularly within consumer electronics or telecommunications, is advantageous. The ability to work on-site in Lahore, manage multiple priorities, and maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment is required.
