We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with a strong background in statistics, economics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence, demonstrating expertise in handling complex datasets and delivering actionable insights. This role requires proficiency in SQL and either Python or R, along with experience using business intelligence tools to create impactful visualizations and dashboards. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting data-driven decision-making by ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and quality of reports and key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct exploratory and diagnostic analysis on departmental datasets to aid in use-case discovery and design.
- Collaborate with Business Intelligence and Dashboard Engineers to build and maintain reports covering portfolio KPIs, service metrics, and model performance for various units and departments.
- Support pilot program evaluations by designing metrics, performing A/B or pre/post analyses, and preparing comprehensive results reports.
- Work closely with Data Engineers to prepare clean, well-documented datasets and maintain up-to-date data dictionaries.
- Address ad-hoc analytical requests from pillar squads and leadership teams, providing timely and accurate insights.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Superset, or Metabase.
- Solid understanding of statistical methods and evaluation techniques.
- Ability to create compelling data stories and visualizations that effectively communicate insights.
- High attention to detail regarding data quality, documentation, and the accuracy of dashboards, analyses, and KPI reporting.
- Proven track record in managing portfolio and service KPIs through live dashboards.

Preferred Qualifications

- Candidates with foreign qualifications and a demonstrated history of success in similar roles will be given preference.
