Data Analyst (Quick Commerce & Partnerships)

As a Data Analyst within the Quick Commerce & Partnerships Analytics team, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decisions that impact business growth and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct deep-dive analyses to support quick commerce initiatives such as dark store expansion, assortment optimization, delivery fee adjustments, and discount strategies. Use descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics to measure incremental impact and provide actionable recommendations.

- Build and refine measurement frameworks and key performance metrics related to quick commerce operations, including shops, dark store performance, and fulfillment/delivery metrics. Develop and maintain SQL models using tools like BigQuery, Excel, and dbt to transform large datasets into meaningful insights.

- Create strategic reports and user-friendly data visualizations through platforms such as Looker and Tableau. Develop innovative agentic solutions like root-cause analysis tools for delivery delays or stockouts to support business decision-making.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including quick commerce, operations, and supply chain partners to understand business objectives, recommend analytical approaches, and effectively communicate insights to stakeholders at various levels.

- Monitor and ensure data quality by participating in quality assurance processes, maintaining consistency across all reporting metrics.

- Evaluate and implement AI-driven analytics and automation solutions, such as anomaly detection, LLM-assisted insight generation, and prompt-engineered pipelines. Translate repeatable workflows into scalable AI tools and share knowledge across the analytics team.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 2 to 4 years of experience in data analytics, preferably supporting Quick Commerce, Operations, Supply Chain, or Commercial teams in retail or similar sectors.

- Proficiency in SQL with at least two years of hands-on experience, along with familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau. Experience with dbt is a plus.

- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex findings clearly and concisely to diverse business audiences.
