Data Analyst (Reporting)

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented professional to collect data from various systems, consolidate it, and produce clear, accurate reports to support management’s decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong advanced Excel skills and a genuine interest in working with data to deliver meaningful insights. This role requires managing data from multiple platforms, ensuring its accuracy, and presenting it in a user-friendly format for leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Extract data and reports from diverse systems including ERP, CRM, HR, finance, and other software platforms.
- Cleanse, validate, and organize data to maintain high accuracy and reliability.
- Combine and consolidate reports from different sources into comprehensive, unified reports.
- Create new reports, dashboards, and summaries customized to management’s requirements.
- Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports on schedule.
- Detect data inconsistencies, errors, and trends, and communicate findings clearly to relevant stakeholders.
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Excel formulas, macros, or Power Query to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain detailed documentation of report formats and processes to ensure consistency and ease of replication.
- Respond promptly to ad hoc data requests from various departments within the organization.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data analysis roles.
- Advanced Excel skills including proficiency with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Power Query, IF/SUMIFS/COUNTIFS functions, data validation, and chart creation.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to data accuracy.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective communication skills combined with strong time management and organizational abilities.

The position is located in DHA - 1, Islamabad, with working hours from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM. Candidates must be comfortable with night shifts and able to commute to the office, as this role requires in-person attendance.
