Data Enrichment & Lead Generation Specialist

HG Marketing Ltd, located in Lahore, is looking for a detail-oriented Data Enrichment Specialist to join their dynamic team. The company focuses on helping businesses grow their audience and transform podcasts into valuable content assets through expert audio and video production. This role plays a vital part in developing and maintaining a robust outreach pipeline by converting raw data into actionable business leads. The position offers flexible working arrangements, including on-site, hybrid, or fully remote options, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The monthly salary ranges from 50,000 to 60,000 PKR, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Extract structured data from LinkedIn and corporate directories using web scraping tools and browser extensions.
- Build and enhance targeted lead lists by enriching records with comprehensive details such as job titles, company size, and verified contact information.
- Conduct thorough quality control by cleaning and validating datasets to remove duplicates and ensure complete accuracy before handing over data to the Sales team.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) based on insights gained from outbound campaign performance.
- Employ AI tools like ChatGPT and scripting techniques to automate repetitive tasks, boosting efficiency and scalability in data collection processes.

Required Qualifications:
- Between 1 to 3 years of experience in Data Enrichment, Lead Generation, or Technical Research, preferably within an agency setting.
- Strong proficiency in LinkedIn data extraction and practical experience with web scraping tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to maintaining error-free spreadsheets and CRM data.
- Ability to utilize AI and automation technologies to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- Solid understanding of B2B lead qualification principles.
