Data Entry and Annotation Intern

AiGenics is offering an internship opportunity for motivated and detail-oriented individuals who are either fresh graduates or in their final semester, eager to start their careers in data management and annotation. This role is well-suited for those who enjoy working with data, organizing information, and maintaining accuracy within a fast-paced environment. The internship is located in Karachi and provides hands-on experience in trade-related data processing and documentation, allowing interns to develop practical skills in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry, annotation, labeling, and validation of trade-related information.
- Organize, classify, and maintain import/export records and documentation.
- Assist in reviewing Letters of Credit (LCs) and related trade documents.
- Identify discrepancies, verify information, and ensure data accuracy.
- Support documentation, reporting, and database management activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee accurate and timely data updates.

Required Qualifications:
- Final semester students or fresh graduates in BBA, Supply Chain, Commerce, Logistics, International Business, or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with structured data and documentation.
- Willingness to learn and develop practical skills in data management and trade documentation.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Basic understanding of import/export processes or Letters of Credit (LCs) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Location: MACHS, Karachi.
- Work shift: Morning.
- Monthly stipend: Rs30,000.00.
- Work arrangement: In-person at the Karachi office.
