We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry & Data Management Executive to join our construction company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining a variety of data, including project details, financial records, vendor information, and employee data. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent computer skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring data integrity and supporting smooth operations across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data across company databases, spreadsheets, and management systems.
- Verify data accuracy and correct any errors or inconsistencies promptly.
- Organize and maintain both digital and physical records in an efficient manner.
- Review data for completeness and ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
- Generate reports and summaries as requested by management to support decision-making.
- Perform regular data backups to safeguard data integrity and prevent loss.
- Coordinate with various departments to collect and update relevant information in a timely manner.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security of sensitive company information at all times.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in construction or a related field.
- Proven experience in data entry and data management roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
- Excellent typing speed combined with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and effective time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with database management systems or CRM software is considered an advantage.
- This is an on-site position located at the company premises.
- The monthly salary range is Rs40,000 to Rs50,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
