Data Entry Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately perform data entry tasks, ensuring all information is recorded with precision and efficiency.
- Utilize advanced data extraction tools to gather and organize data from multiple sources while maintaining data integrity.
- Conduct detailed research to obtain necessary data, filtering and verifying quality before entry.
- Manage and maintain large datasets, ensuring data security and compliance with relevant privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with research and analysis teams to understand data requirements and support ongoing projects.
- Continuously monitor and improve data collection and entry processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Generate reports and summaries based on entered data, highlighting key trends and insights for stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in data entry and data extraction roles.
- Proficiency with data extraction platforms such as Lead411, Adap.io, Cognism, Allforeads, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Seamless.Ai, Clay, or similar tools.
- Strong ability to manage and organize large datasets with meticulous attention to detail.
- Knowledge of data validation and quality control procedures to ensure accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- A degree in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
