Data Entry & Master Data Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, validate, and update large volumes of master data using Microsoft Excel and ERP/Dynamics-based systems.
- Enter, update, verify, and extract master data accurately from ERP or Dynamics platforms.
- Reconcile system data with Excel spreadsheets and source documents to ensure data integrity.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while working independently with extensive datasets.
- Understand master data structures and the relationships between different data elements to support effective data management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or graduation in any relevant discipline.
- Proven experience in data entry, master data management, Management Information Systems (MIS), ERP data management, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation and validation techniques.
- High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
- Ability to work independently and manage large datasets efficiently.
