ABS International is looking for a dedicated Call Center Data Entry Specialist to join their evening shift team in Karachi. This full-time, on-site role is based in the Gulshan-e-Iqbal and Gulistan-e-Johar areas. The position involves managing large volumes of data entry tasks with precision and confidentiality, supporting the call center’s smooth operations during evening hours. The working schedule runs from Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM PKT, with a starting monthly salary of PKR 25,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently perform high-volume data entry tasks to support call center operations.
- Verify data integrity and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines and ensure a steady workflow.
- Organize and manage datasets using Microsoft Excel to keep data accessible and well-structured.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry within call center environments, demonstrating both accuracy and speed.
- Fluent English communication skills, including both written and verbal, to facilitate effective team interaction.
- Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute to handle the volume of data efficiently.
- Educational qualification of Matric or Intermediate certificate; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Availability to work evening shifts from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM PKT as required by the role.
