Data Entry Officer - Supply Chain Operations

1st Step Shoes & Bags is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Officer to join its Supply Chain Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining supply chain data within the company’s ERP system and databases. This role is vital in supporting procurement, inventory management, logistics, and warehouse functions by ensuring that all data is timely, precise, and well-organized. The Data Entry Officer will contribute to smooth operational workflows through careful data handling and close coordination with multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update purchase orders, invoices, delivery records, and inventory transactions in the ERP system.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements and warehouse data to support inventory control.
- Verify the accuracy of data before input to prevent errors and discrepancies.
- Generate routine reports related to inventory, procurement, and overall supply chain activities.
- Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to identify and resolve data inconsistencies.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of all supply chain records for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company data at all times.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to track performance and inventory status.
- Perform data cleaning and regular updates to keep databases current and reliable.
- Support additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in data entry, supply chain, warehouse, or logistics operations.
- Fresh graduates with strong computer skills and a keen eye for detail will also be considered.
