We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our Production & Planning department. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and updating production and planning data within the ERP system. This role involves close collaboration with various teams to ensure timely and precise data management, which supports smooth operational workflows. The position is based at our facility located 15 KM Sheikhupura Road, near Kot Abdul Malik, and requires on-site attendance.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update production and planning data in the ERP system with accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain detailed records of daily production reports, material consumption, and job orders.
- Generate basic production and planning reports as required.
- Coordinate with production and planning teams to obtain timely updates and ensure data consistency.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors found in the ERP data.
Required Qualifications
- Intermediate level education.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in ERP data entry or production reporting; however, fresh candidates with strong computer skills are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
- Fast and accurate data entry skills with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Competitive pay ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs45,000 per hour.
- The role requires physical presence at the work location, allowing direct engagement with production and planning teams.
